APC presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari visits Akwa Ibom on Tuesday

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives
Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday,
6 January, 2015, hold his presidential rally in Uyo, the
capital of Akwa Ibom State.
The event which is expected to attract large crowd of
APC supporters across the entire state will take place
in the Uyo Township Stadium by 10am.
A press statement signed by the State Chairman of the
APC, Dr. Amadu Attai and the Secretary, Elder Efiong
Etok, says the rally would be attended by APC elders,
chieftains and supporters, including Gov. Rotimi
Amaechi of Rivers State, who is also the Director
General of the APC Presidential Council and the
National Chairman of the Party, His Excellency, Chief
John Odigie Oyegun. Highlight of the rally will be the
presentation of the party flag to Mr. Umana Okon
Umana who is the Party’s Governorship Candidate in
Akwa Ibom State.
The party invites its supporters and the general public
to attend the rally.
