Akwa Ibom youths took to the social media to raise alarm concerning the various election violence and irregularities at different polling stations in the state. There has been reported deaths, injuries, arrest of fake police, and several destructions Here below are some excerpts...

"Ballot papers has been hijacked by PDP thugs in ward
1, unit 1 Uyo local government area, Akwa Ibom State
led by the councilor of that very ward by Name UBONG"

Oku Marcus was rather perplexed with the conduct of the election in his unit and thus posted this, calling for cancellation-

Etim Ekpo LGE and its surrounding villages. Thugs
suspected to be PDP members stormed the polling
units tearing some of the ballot papers & boxes ,

"Screams of wounded persons are spreading hospitals this
afternoon. My polling unit, Uyo Urban III, Water Board,
Ekpenyong Street, Uyo, is just a stroll in the park, walk in
and vote. Also at Udosen Uko Street, little queue but yet
peaceful. At Life Care Hospital, Udosen Uko Street, that is
where the real elections are taking place, wounded
people, dead bodies, even police on duties are being
carried in like flies. It's really scary that My Aunt who is
one of the INEC officials at Ididep, Ibiono Ibom LGA, has
fled her unit and in the process lost her phone, I do not
know her way about but just hoping and praying that she
is safe. Ididep is where Sen. Ita Enang and Bassey Albert
are from and one should expect fierce fight and reports
have it that the two brothers are fighting it out with guns,
machete, thugs, blood and disrupting the elections, it
suppose not to be so."

Its up to INEC and other relevant agencies to look into this misnomer.
